Comprehensive Nursing and Rehabilitative Care
Laurelhurst Village brings together rehabilitation services and quality skilled nursing care in a healing environment. Under the direction of your personal physician we provide around-the-clock skilled nursing care that includes, but is not limited to pain management, post surgery care, IV therapy, wound care and other medically complex care needs.

We also provide comprehensive therapy services including physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy. All are provided by our in-house on-site team of specialists in our own 2,000 square foot therapy gym.

Our team of professionals meets with each new resident and their family members to develop an individual care and services plan. With input from the resident and their family, goals are established for achieving and maintaining maximum independence. From therapy and skilled care needs to social and recreational programming, our staff is committed to creating a compassionate, professional, and healing environment so each individual can function as independently as possible.

Various rehabilitation goals may include but are not limited to:

• Speech and swallowing recovery
