Assisted Living at Laurelhurst Village provides residents the amount of help they need to maximize their independence. We offer personal care and support services that are tailored to meet the unique and individual needs of each resident.
Laurelhurst Village offers activity and social programming that encourage participation and enjoyment; from our intergenerational garden to planned outings, it’s all about choice and what enhances a resident’s lifestyle.
Services included in your monthly-based rent:
- Care-giving staff on-site 24 hours each day
- Three nutritious home-style meals each day
- Beverages and snacks
- Weekly housekeeping
- Coordination of transportation needs and medical appointments
- Full calendar of activities
- Routine apartment maintenance
Apartment Features:
- Individual temperature controls
- All utilities, excluding personal phone
- Cable TV
- Private bathrooms
- Kitchenettes
Personal care and supportive services not included in the base rent:
- Personal hygiene
- Dressing
- Toileting
- Ambulation
- Medication management
- Clinical oversight
- Monitoring individual mealtime needs
- Assistance to and from dining and other activities
An initial assessment is completed prior to move-in to determine your personal care and service support needs. Additional care and services, beyond what is included in your base rent, are determined based on this assessment.
